Apple TV : Review

Apple TV redefines what your TV can do.

Apple TV was designed to stream content from iTunes (music, movies, television shows and podcasts) from a Mac or PC onto a television.

It is simple and easy to use and setup(you can connect Apple TV to your widescreen TV via an HDMI cable), has an excellent video quality, digital audio output.  Built in Wi-Fi technology, Apple TV connects to your wireless network to download content from the Internet (802.11n networking as fast as a USB iPod).

You can rent HD movies, buy your favorite shows, songs and music videos directly from your Apple TV.

It can be used to stream your favorite photos from iPhoto or Aperture on a Mac, as well as Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements on a PC and then you can view them on your widescreen TV.

Apple introduced a version of the Apple TV with 160 GB of storage space, that can hold 200 hours of video, 36,000 songs, 25,000 photos, or a combination therein and it can be purchased for about $ 229. CNet.com gave it a score of 3.5 out of  5 stars while TestFreaks.com gave it a score of  7.4 out of 10. Is it worth it ?
