Motorola has unveiled the new mobile phone from the Aura Series, Motorola Aura Celestial Edition, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Moon landing.
The first Motorola Aura Celestial phone is going to Neil Armstrong, the first men who walked or rather hopped on the surface of the Moon. The phone is intended to remind us of this extraordinary human achievement, and thus comes loaded with NASA original footage, pictures and audio recordings of the legendary episode, including Armstrong’s famous words: “that’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” The Aura Celestial bears the following engraving: “Motorola AURA Celestial Edition, Honouring the Apollo 11 mission, 20th July 1969”. Now it’s up to you if you want to celebrate this event by getting yourself a new phone.
The device will be available in July, but there’s no word on the price yet.
